Please Microsoft, I need a valid link of an iso file to download Win11_22H2_French_x64v2.iso in French language. I can't download it from the official download page due to this error message : "We are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users, entities and locations are banned from using this service. For this reason, leveraging anonymous or location hiding technologies when connecting to this service is".
