An error code that I do receive After doing activities in my laptop

After I installed the SP1 in my windows 7 32bits , every thing seemed to be normal but when I opened the library my laptop gives me the following :Explorer.EXEWindows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item._____________________________________________________ And when I try to open the the configuration panel I get this massage 26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683)Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
