An Email Account Hacked

I received a text message allegedly from Microsoft saying a Yahoo email account of mine had been "accessed." I checked the Microsoft user board and it said that it was a fraud and to delete it. I deleted it but I don't remember the link. I believe my Yahoo email has indeed been hacked... what do I do now?
