AMD Radeon Pro Software removed by windows updates!!

Hi folks. As per the title it appears that Windows updates have removed the AMD software and relaced it with their own version!!! I,ve come across this by way of editing RAW files in Photoshop.When Imuse Photoshop Camera RAW every now and then I get the message "graphics processor has encountered an unrecoverable error" and stops RAW editing from working. I have seen comments that suggest Ishould update my AMD drivers BUT I cannot do this with the correct ones because Windows update has removed them.!! This is causing me prolems in my workflow.
