AMD eGPU on Windows 11 - external graphics does not show up in Device Manager

Hi there,I have a Lenovo X13 Gen2 with Windows 11 (latest updates on both) with a Razor Crore X with AMD RX 5700 XT and a Thunderbolt 4 cable. Everything works with a Macbook Pro and a MacBook Air as it should under macOS. But does not with my X13 under Windows 11.Any Ideas?I do not see the external graphics card on the Device Manager, but I get a Thunderbolt error when plugging in. I have used two different cables, both work on macOS, none on Windows 11...
