Am I the only on who is facing locksreen graphical bug? None of the microsoft windows update could fix this issue.

Hi I am using windows 11 22H2 for a long time. I recieved several quality updates but unfortunately none of those could fix this annoying graphical bug(refer to screenshot). I know this has been fixed for Insiders. But what about Stable channel? So, I want to if anyone is facing this bug in stable channel? OR I am the only one facing this?
