AltGr + M doesn't produce the "<" sign, even though I disabled the in-game overlay in Geforce Experience

I have no clue what could I do at this point with this. I had this issue before, but I solved it by disabling the in-game overlay in Geforce Experience, and that fixed the issue before, but now I disabled it, I remapped the keybind in it, I downloaded a utility program, that tells me nothing uses neither AltGr + M nor Ctrl + Alt + M, yet it doesn't produce the "<" sign on my Hungarian layout. I really need to find a solution for this.
