Alternate Account: That doesn't match the alternate account email associated with your account.

I incorrectly added **** as the alternate when it should be xxx.net - both are now an option but when I ask it send me the code neither work. no matter which I choose I get this error: "That doesn't match the alternate email associated with your account."
