alt tabbing

[Windows 11]

im currently on the latest version of windows which is 24H2 and everytime i alt tab i dont even see the tabs like u normally do, if i do win tab it works but it doesnt switch fast enough which is the convenience of using alt tab, and before when i had multiple windows open and pressed on 2 different ones in a row it would only switch between those two, now it cycles instead of doing what i need it to do please help.
