alt+tab shows white box and acts as UI navigator

hey, i need some help and when i used to alt tab it would work as intended but them recently, it stopped working and now my alt keys are swapped. i have to use the right alt key to alt+tab but when i try to use the left alt key(i normally use the left alt key to alt+tab) it shows this white box and every time i alt tab with the left key it changed positions acting like a UI navigator, can someone help? it seems my alt key functions are swapped .the white box outline is what happens when i alt tab with my left alt( this never happened when i use the left alt key)
