Alot of shortcut gone away on Windows 11 and 10 new version!

Hello everyone, my name is Syro.Lately, I've noticed this error occurring quite frequently, where shortcuts are disappearing in batches, not just on my machine. I work in computer services and have observed many customers facing the same issue when using the latest Windows update 22/23H2.I wonder if this error is stemming from the latest patches of Windows having issues?In general, every time my computer has a virus (I need it, to be honest, it's like keygens, X's to assist in my study work).Thank you for helping me, I always look forward to these answers <3
