Allowing an on-prem exchange system access to room resources that are in a seperate o365 tenant

Is there anyway of allowing users from one on-premises exchange environment access to see/book room resources in a separate o365 tenant.

I understand that you can set rooms to be booked by external users but it looks to be a) then open to anyone to book, and b) doesn't allow users to see the room calendar.
