Allow apps and windows to use this device for audio

Hello, i have a problem, and taht is: Allow apps and windows to use this device for audio button ( the allow button in system>sound>all sound devices>properties ) when i select my device and i press the allow button nothing happens, if i try to drag the output volume setting bar it jumps back to 0. Thats not all... i can connect the device-my headphones with bluetooth to my laptop and it says connected but when i go to sounds i dont see its output. I've tried literally all i could think of, I updated all the drivers for everything I can think of deleter all devices and connected them
