allow all threats all at once?

I did a full scan on my laptop and it has found many threats but after i inspected it it was only the pen testing tools i have inside my kali virtual machine (iso file folder) and i want to allow them all since its not a threat but i could not find an easier way to just all anything inside the iso file all at once! i searched and it says from the "Virus & threat protection>Manage protection settings" but the "Manage protection settings" option is not present for me! and i want to allow them all i cannot do it one by one its a loooot. please provide me with an easier way. thank you
