all USB ports stopped working

It is not my laptop but my friendsWaranty alredy ENDEDLaptop : ideapad Gaming 3-15ACH6 Laptop - Type 82K2So the laptop has 2 usb ports which one of them stopped working half a year ago or something like that and other one (the last one) stopped working yesterdayIf someone knows why then tell me in replyes and if it costed something then also tell me what part needs to be replaced
