All USB devices disconnect and reconnected after a few seconds of the devices freezing, PC does not freeze.

Hi there, for a few months my mouse would freeze for a second or two and then unfreeze, I have already looked up numerous solutions to this issue and could not find a way to fix it, I decided to just ignore and deal with it. Today all my USB devices disconnected and reconnected after a few seconds freeze that happened. Reliability monitor said it was a 144 Hardware Error so I took to the event viewer.
