All sign in options doesn't support (finger print, pin and face)

turned on my laptop and tried to put my fingerprint but it doesn't recognized. then I enter my password 3 times. but I couldn't enter the correct one. then It says enter a new pin (only numbers) and confirm. now I can log in using this new pin, but I cannot use or edit my previous fingerprint and password. even cannot change those ones. In sign in options, it says "This option is currently unavailable - click to learn more, Something went wrong try again latter" I've sheared and tried everything what people posts and watching tutorials. but anything didn't work. Is anyone know the solution f
