All of the keys on my laptop stopped working completely.

Since last night I would have trouble singing into my laptop because the number keys would not work and it took me pressing the “I forgot my pin” to sign in. But now I can’t use any of the keys whatsoever. I tried troubleshooting but could not find the “keyboard” button in order to troubleshoot it. I’ve also tried everything else and nothing has worked. Please help.
