All of my audio devices are gone on Windows 10 Don't show up on device manager

I have no sound. Right clicking on the sound icon shows nothing. I had Realtek, Nvidia and Denon sound options before. There is no audio folder in device manager. When I project to my firestick even the image is poor and flickers. I was projecting when everything fell apart.
