This just happened today. I tried to open Calculator and the app crash instantly (more like it closed itself immediately upon launch). I tried Mail, Groove music, Calendar, Movies&TV, OneNote, Flipboard, etc and even Windows Store. All of them crashed. Just yesterday I could use Calculator just fine. I didn't install anything new or making any changes to Windows 10

When I tried to play music with Groove, this message pop up: The remote procedure call failed

When I open pictures with Photos, this pop up: The app didn't start

This only affect apps from Windows Store. Other apps run fine.

So far I have tried to troubleshoot Windows Store, it found no problem

I tried to log in to my local accounts: nope, didn't fix it.

sfc /scannow command didn't fix it

Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth didn't fix it.

Clear out Calculator and Store folder in in local/packages didn't fix it.

Anything else I should try? Windows 10 has been giving me way more headaches than Windows 7. Even Vista didn't give me this much trouble.
