All my keyboards are not working, But I cannot Find Keyboard troubleshoot

In July 1, I pluged my Logitech keyboard to Android TV H96 MAX, in july 2 I pluged my keyboard to my Lenovo IdeaPad 3 laptop, it runs Windows 11. There is a problem, I Tried to plug again the keyboard, then I tried to plug another chinese keyboards (Rapoo) from Hungary, But they are not working. I not founded the “Keyboard” Troubleshooting thing in Settings.
