I saw someone with a similar problem and followed the steps they advised; however, I still have the same problem. My games just suddenly close and the D: disk opens in File Explorer. The steps I followed were checking and scanning the said file and running Check Disk Utility. I also checked the health of my disks, D's health was 100% but C's was around 50% so I decided to get a new SSD. Sadly I still have the same issue. Recently I also got a new GPU but I already took my PC to an IT service to see if the GPU and SSD were properly installed and everything seemed fine. Would appreciate some hel
