All mouses suddenly stopped working with windows 10 partition

Hello,I've been using windows 10 through a bootcamp partition (from mac) for the last year and a half. Until now, I haven't had any issues. As of about a week ago, any mouse I try to connect to my computer hasn't worked. I've tried a bluetooth mouse, a usb receiver mouse, and a wired mouse and none seem to be responsive. All three mice work fine on my mac partition. The mice sometimes show up on my devices as connected and working, but they're still unresponsive.Thing I've already tried:1. looking through device manager and reinstalling/updating drivers.
