All Microsoft PC apps have been inaccessible for months (Store, XBox, Teams, Media Player, etc)

For lack of better terms, I haven't been able to access any Microsoft apps on my Windows 10 PC since a windows update in February 2024. At least, I think that's the reason... I honestly have no idea why this has been happening for so long but that's my best guess. And yes, I do mean ALL Microsoft PC apps, XBox, Media Player, Store, Teams, etc. As it is now nearly December 2024 and I'm now being forced to update a Meta app, Messenger, that I consider essential for communication via the Microsoft Store, I am being forced to figure out how to regain the access I've been denied for many months now
