All images when edited or copy-pasted become greyed/dulled.

I' would love to show you what I mean but it wont even let me upload or paste images here, but my issue is when using photos or photo legacy when I edit an image it greys it significantly and it cannot be undone, when I use screen snip, snipping tool or ctrl+c in the normal image and paste it, it does the same, this happens in Medibang, Krita, Paint, Word, Power-point and I imagine every other place I can paste images, except here because everytime I try it takes ages to load only to give 'Something went wrong' and 'Failed to Upload'.
