All games are stuck on 60 fps

Whenever I try to play a game on my laptop, it gets capped to 60 fps. The problem has occurred for both Valorant and Geometry Dash (I have FPS counters in both games). V-Sync is off, FPS is uncapped (well, capped to 165fps, which shouldn't limit it to 60 fps). Both my laptop's monitor as well as my second MSI monitor are 144hz, and the refresh rate is set to that.I have an RTX 3060, i7-12700h with 16GB of DDR5 RAM. Also 1TB of SSD that is half-full. I use an HDMI cable.This problem started yesterday, while I've had this laptop for over 2 months and I haven't had any problems with it before now
