All desktop apps fail to open (file system error -2147163901)

Hi there community! This might take a while but hear me out completely. About 3 days ago, I decided to reset my windows because of frequent blue screens (MEMORY_MANAGEMENT). The reset was as successful as ever, but then it (probably) crashed since I had Edge open and the next time I saw Windows was on login page. I logged in, opened Edge to find it had crashed. I went to Event Log of Windows, to read the recent crash logs and there I found the crash code was 1a which translates to MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (yet again) according to a usef
