All browsers very slow on new notebook with Windows 11 Pro

Just got a new notebook (Lenovo ThinkPad T14s gen 3, Intel i7) with Windows 11 Pro. All browsers (I tried different ones) are EXTREMELY SLOW, slower than on old computers. Is this normal? What can I do?
