If a user’s report of having ALEX MAYHEM join their family account and making purchases is co-signed by 87 other users, why don’t you all make a concerted effort to handle that??I also just had to remove him and adjust my log in security. If you need screen shots of the IP address I have them. Please let me know that you are working to ensure this hacker isn’t continuing to circumnavigate your security measures.
