Aggregated link speed resets to 100 mbs after restarting pc

I have 1000mbs internet and can get that with my pc but only if I change my aggregated link speed back too full 1gbs in device manager. After restarting my computer it will reset to 100mbs and sometimes it will change in device mangers but not in the settings app for no reason I can see. Its not broken but something is wrong I think. (recently upgraded to windows 11 and 1000mbs internet at the same time) any ideas would be great
