After Windows update, my computer restarts but the windows screen does not appear

I am using an Msi bravo c7v laptop. I have not had any problems with my laptop until today. In the last Windows cumulative update, my computer does not turn on again after updating. I tried to roll back the update, but it did not work. Since the computer did not work in any way, I reinstalled the windows I bought from Windows' own website. When I did the update again, the computer did not turn on again. How can I fix the problem? (the main hardware of my computer is rtx 4050 and amd ryzen 7535HS)
