After windows update, my computer keep having FREEZ screen

Hello,I performed a major Windows update two days ago, and since then, my computer keeps freezing. The screen locks up for a few seconds, and if I switch screens while playing a game, the game completely freezes.I have checked all my drivers and ensured they are up to date, but the issue persists. I'm not sure what is causing this. Could you please help me troubleshoot the problem?Thank you.
