My uncle just upgraded to Windows 11 and now his computer is stuck at the login screen.It's defaulted to using a very old account (ancient(at)outlook.com) that he does not know the password for.He needs to switch user to use his proper email (uncle(at)hotmail.com) so that it can accept his password, but there are no other accounts to choose from on the login screen.We have tried the following:Reset PC via the hidden troubleshooting menu. After 30 minutes of reinstalling, it returned to the same login screen with ancient(at)outlook.com locked in.Adding an administrator account via Troubleshooti
