After Windows 11 24H2 update, I don't have hiberanation and FastStartup

After update to Windows 11 24H2 on my HP EliteBook 840 G5 with i5-8350u, 16GB RAM and NVMe SSD, I don't recive hibernate option and FastStartup.The command in CMD "powercfg.exe /hibernation on" does not work, throws an error some Hypervisor.Editing the registry didn't help. I have reinstalled the system 2 times, still the same. When I installed Windows 11 23H2, hibernation and FastStartup appeared. Please help how to solve the problem? I am currently on version 24H2.
