After waking from Sleep, PC can't connect to Wi-Fi and then crashes.

Brand new custom build,. Using Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 Wi-Fi 7 HBS Network Adapter with up to date driver. After waking from Sleep, I am not connected to Wi-Fi. It will say "Connected, no internet". Trying to disable Wi-Fi glitches out, it stays enabled and all networks disappear. After about 30-60 seconds I get BSOD with "Driver Power State Failure". First I made sure BIOS is up to date, reinstalled GPU drivers, and disabled Fast Startup and Hibernate. When it happened again I checked System Logs and noticed a Warning for Intel Ethernet Controller I226-V. I am not using Ethernet, but since
