After using restore point since I was having problems with my pc now it doesnt start at all

It’ll make it seem like it restarts a few times but it doesn’t since it doesnt even turn off, then it’ll just stay at a black screen. I tried taking the battery out and doing that method, I also tried the unplugging it and holding the power button method.
