After use office 2019,I can't use isp smtp

Hi,

I have ask this question on
更新到office2019後後不能再用ISP的smtp

and

更新後不能再用ISP的smtp

but there was no reply.

Someone recommend me to ask here.

I use win7pro + office 2013 before.

ISP hold 3 domain for me, i.e Aisp.org, Bisp.org Cisp.org
ISP provide us pop and smtp service:

pop: pop.isp.org : 110
smtp: smtp.isp.org :25

There is no authenticaion on smtp except Sender must use interenet(IP) provided by ISP

There is a Web hosting company hold a domain i.e web.com for us.
Web hosting company provice web mail/pop/imap service for us(no smtp)

For win7 + office outlook 2013(or livemail/thunderbird), there is setting below:

pop: pop.isp.org : 110
smtp: smtp.isp.org :25



for Aisp.org, Bisp.org Cisp.org

pop: pop.web.com : 110
smtp: smtp.isp.org :25

for web.com


After I purchase win10 + office outlook 2019,

This is ok for Aisp.org, Bisp.org Cisp.org,
but it fail for web.com

pop: pop.web.com : 110
smtp: smtp.isp.org :25

Setting for web.com can not run again!


If I use win10 + office outlook 2013(or thunderbird), it can run again.

I have uninstall(or format) and install office 2019 again. It can not run.


Would I use similar setting(in live mail) like the picture below?

There are 2 different setting on account/


Please help!
