after upgrading my pc and installing windows 11 my drives are a mess and I'm not sure how to clean them up

did a big upgraded and finally got a pc capable of moving from 10 to 11 so I did and saved all the files I wanted onto one drive before resetting to hopefully get a fresh computer but it's gone all wrong. I've got a whole lot more partitions than I remember with my disk management looking like this, and accidentally installed windows onto my hard drive instead of my ssd which is hopefully behind my pc being slower despite being upgraded.
