After updating my HP Pavilion from Windows 10 to Windows 11, I’m encountering a persistent issue where the screen remains black with only a cursor visible, and neither the keyboard nor the touchpad works. I have attempted various troubleshooting methods, including Safe Mode, PC Repair, and resetting the PC, but the problem persists. Occasionally, after repeatedly powering off and on, the laptop will boot successfully, but restarting it leads to the same issue.
