After updating to Windows 11 24H2 my File Explorer isn't working

PROBLEM: After I updated my Windows 11 Pro to 24H2 I had a crash of the file explorer together with the taskbar each time i tried to open the file explorer.It does not matter if I opened it via the icon, or via "Win Key +E".
