After Updating to 24H2 a cummulative update KB5051987 downloads and isntall but get stuck 38% at reboot

a cumulative update KB5051987 downloaded and installed and making me restart my computer, after restart everything looks fine until it stuck at 38 percent and after a long while message says update did not go as planned and undoing it then send me back to my login which i can successfully do so and use my computer as usual and the after a while the pending restart dot comes back again, been reading a few comment about this but so far nothing works.
