After updating the drivers some older games like NFS MW'05 not launch

After updating my graphics card drivers (Intel(R) HD Graphics), I encountered issues with some older games. For instance, Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005) fails to launch. When I double-click the game, the screen turns black for a second before returning to normal, without any error messages. Additionally, Super Meat Boy displays numerous errors (all shown in the attached images).
