after updates or restart my icons in desktop keep on dissapearing. my data wipes out. what is the problem and how to solve this

i have window 10. whenever i update or restart my device following changes occur: 1. the icons on my desktop disappear (mostly) 2. all my data from downloads, document, image gets removed. it goes all blank 3. my google account logs out 4. when all the data disappears they get stored in temp in user. how to solve this
