after updated windows 11 new version D drive not able to access please support

Hi,My self Mageshwaran from India, in my Company users having Windows 11 Operating system, recently their OS updated automatically, after that some applications not working, then i have taken Go Back (earlier version) option then company applications are working.after that user trying to access D drive not able connect its showing Message need to format.can you pls assist for this case.i have attached snapshots pls advise the same
