After update Windows I cant reboot pc, BitLocker locked my HDD.

I dont see pc on my acount on Microsoft now. What can I do ? In past I used school acount on Microsoft and maybe is pc sign on this acount, but I cant singn in this acout - now dont exist. thx. for answer
