After update and restart power button has update and restart or update and shutdown but vanishes?

I just did a windows update now after the windows update I click on the power button because usually there is something like this the power button after clicking it it says update and restart again or update and shutdown now I did an AMD adrenalin driver update before restarting the second time however after the amd ADRENALINE update it told me to restart but before I restarted the computer I checked the power button again and the update and restart and update and shutdown were gone vanished completely now its never happened before so I restarted anyway and went to check if the update had comp
