After the windows 11 update 23H2 my laptop shuts down by itself

I just updated my laptop to windows 11 version 23H2, everything was fine and dandy until it started shutting down instantly after about 30-40 seconds no matter what task I was doing. I thought this thing only happens once but I was wrong, it happened every time. I later went back to a pre-update version and everything is fine now, I tried to update it again but no change, still had the same problem. Because of this I can't update it but I also don't want to completely reinstall windows or format the whole laptop. Is there a simple explanation and solution for this problem?
