After the latest Windows 11 update, Hello insists that I login constantly, even though this is set to Never.

I have read all the blogs about Windows 11's Hello annoyances, and had it working the way I wanted (i.e. Never) until the latest Windows 11 update. Now, Hello doesn't seem to care what "If you've been away, when should Windows require you to sign in again?" is set to. It ALWAYS demands that I sign in again, even if I leave my computer for only like 15 seconds. This, in spite of rebooting after every time I try a different setting, like "15 minutes." By the way, when that setting is changed, there is no notification that I need to reboot... I'm just trying everything/anything to get this extrem
