After the last windows 11 update I have a new user on the login screen with the name of my pc. How do I remove it?

HIAfter the last windows 11 update I have a new user on the login screen with the name of my pc. Login defaults to this new user but I don't have a pw for it, at least it is not my MS pw.I have my pc set to auto logon without my input. This is no longer possible.
