After the installation of KB5031354 images stored in clipboard as SVG instead of jpg

We used to copy images and after being saved to clipboard it will be sent to our application server using windows default format (JPG) so it can be read by our system. After installing KB5031354 on windows 11 OS devices, this functionality is not working as we figured that the images are being sent from clipboard using SVG format, any workaround to solve this?
